Player Qualifications: Must have had remaining college eligibility
Up to four players from any one institution per CICL team
Preference was given to players recommended by professional scouts
Spring high school graduates not eligible that summer.
Schedule: 45-55 games in June/July/August

Ability to find jobs for 10-20 players on part-time basis (20 hour/week)
